Exchanges & Returns / Cancellation Policy
＜Customer-requested cancellations＞
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time receive a full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or payments already made)
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
＜Cancellations due to weather or safety＞
Routes may be rescheduled or refunded at the guide’s discretion in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions.
